SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all orders with DHL. Your preferred shipping method can be selected during checkout.

Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch. International deliveries generally arrive within up to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Please note that we dispatch orders 1–2 times per week. Once your order has been packed and handed over to DHL, you will receive your tracking information by email.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for:

– The DHL return charge of €5.00 for shipments within Germany or €10.00 for international shipments

– The cost of reshipping the order, calculated according to the applicable shipping rate
